OVERVIEW
Embodied Practice is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS), which designates this
teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete
a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered
Yoga Teachers (RYTs). Embodied Practice is an immersive 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Program that synthesizes classical and contemporary approaches to the science of Yoga. Rooted
in its rich history and philosophy, EP draws from the foundational practice of Vinyasa as its main

structure. EP is designed to cultivate yoga teachers who can structure pedagogically sound

Embodied Practice YTTP Testimonials
Michele developed a thorough, well designed, comprehensive program and I
anticipate many protégés that will benefit from her expertise and mentoring. ~
Kim
I learned so much and am so grateful for the Embodied Practice teacher training program. The
program did a fantastic job highlighting anatomical alignment, biomechanics, injury prevention, and
pedagogical structure. Because of the program, I feel confident in my ability to structure and sequence
a safe class to teach to any level of practitioner, from beginner to advanced. Michele is a great mentor.
She mindfully led the class through a process of self-discovery and transformation over the course of
16 weeks. ~ Ave
I loved deepening my practice with the Embodied Practice Yoga School. I gained in-depth knowledge
of the biomechanical processes of the yoga postures, enabling a better understanding of my own body
and practice and how to guide students through their practice with safe alignment, maintaining the
integrity of the pose. Micheles knowledge of biomechanics, movement, and yoga is very evident and
makes for a valuable learning experience. ~ Lindsay
